Scanner field

Please do not put links to download holding sites like Mediafire in this field. They are not the organization or person who actually scanned the score. In the case of something like Alexander Nevsky, which is under copyright in the USA, such links could be considered as encouraging the violation of copyright laws, for which you would be liable under the DMCA. Thanks, Carolus 02:33, 18 January 2012 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)

What did I just tell you? If you persist on putting links to sites like this: http://www.filefactory.com/file/c138226/n/Symphony_No._7_Op._131.pdf in the scanner field, I will have no choice but to ban you from this site for a period of time. This type of thing is a potential liability for this site. LEAVE THE FIELD EMPTY. You are hereby warned. One more time and you're blocked for three days. Logos and Trademarks

These are not allowed here as they are of course IP (Intellectual Property) and posting them without permission makes us liable. The Rachmaninoff file you uploaded had Alexander Street Press logos and was therefore deleted. Carolus 23:18, 9 February 2012 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)

May you e-mail me please?

Shostakovich

Shostakovich died in 1975. Nothing of his is public domain - in either Canada, the USA, or the EU (or nearly anywhere else on the planet, for that matter). Anything you attempt to add will be deleted immediately. Why is this concept so difficult for you to understand? Please read this page before you add something. It wastes everyone's time for you to attempt to add works that are not public domain, which just have to be deleted. Carolus 00:51, 4 March 2012 (EST) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)
