  • The keyboard part is labelled "cembalo" on the part and "Clavecin" on the title page. The part contains many dynamics (including cresc.) so it is likely that the clavichord or fortepiano was desired. "Cembalo", at this time, was often used as a term for clavichord.
  • Grove Music lists all of this type of work as for "keyboard". Tagged as such.
