More likely his 3rd concerto? after the early D minor (1812) and Eb major of 1812-14, both in manuscript but now recorded on Naxos by Rosemary Tuck. The F major Op.28 is not an original work but an arrangement of the 3rd Guitar Concerto by Mauro Giuliani.
