Arranger Julius André (1808−1880)
Language Italian / German
Publisher. Info. Offenbach a/M: Johann André, n.d.(1860?). Plate 7399.

Misc. Notes Includes orchestral cues. NMA dates this vocal score to 1855 (perhaps in part because there is a preface to this vocal score, which they reproduce, dated to March 1855- though perhaps it was still published afterwards?). (Reviewed in the 31 August 1860 Neue Zeitschrift für Musik, p.80.) Our plate table would actually suggest 1853.

Navigation etc.

RISM does list choral parts; doesn't seem to exist in the NMA version. The list of dramatis personæ has choral parts that may relate to the parts of the libretto never composed by Mozart.

Selections were published in 1860, complete vocal score in 1861. See Monatsbericht (1860), p.190, Monatsbericht (1861), p.90.
