referred to as op.66 (and as op.67 also) in George Lowe's Holbrooke. As op.65, 66, 67 elsewhere. Piano version (with scenario) published by Holbrooke's alias "Jean Hanze" as his opus 10, which certainly does not simplify assigning an opus number.
