About the Piece

I was watching a Clint Eastwood movie set in Paris and as usual, one of Clint's wonderfully lyric tunes permeated the movie. I was waiting for a stereotypical Paris musette waltz movie theme to chime in, but none ever came. I had to immediately sit down and write this to get my craving satisfied.
