RISM has nearly contemporaneous manuscripts of this work for flute with piano or orchestral accompaniment. Not sure which is primary. When issued the two versions had different publishers (Peters for the piano version, Rieter-Biedermann for the orchestral version. A Rieter-Biedermann imprint on a piano part suggests this is actually a reduction of the orchestral score, as the two may not be identical accompaniments?...) (Some RISM information at RISM 455003414 and RISM 455002746.)
