Actually, why is Bial now believed to have died on the 13th (what is the basis for the new reference's update, I wonder)? A rather near-to-his-death (1890) chronology has 23 (Handbook of the United States of America: and guide to emigration (Linus Pierpoint Brockett) (Google Books)) Eric 14:07, 6 June 2011 (UTC) (it's subdivided by year, so it is under 1881- it's not claiming he died in 1890. but the 23/13 question, reflected in MusicSack too, does puzzle. Sometimes I wonder if MusicSack's maintainer doesn't just pick the most recent reference's claim even if that reference goes back to a very old claim without considering its merits or more recent research...)
