- Obituary of Henry Kleber from the 27 February 1897 Pittsburg Bulletin, which identifies a Mrs. Manns as his wife - who on the basis of another source may have been Christiane Manns (who was one of Kleber's pupils, based on the dedication of one of her works, in any case.) This gives Mrs. Manns' death as having been about 5 years previous to that of Henry Kleber (who died 20 February 1897)- so somewhere around early 1892, give or take maybe a half-year in either direction, at a first guess?... Her brother was Prof. James Manns of Allegheny, though they may have gotten married back in Henry Kleber's hometown of Darmstadt (according to the Genealogy link.)
