Originally written in 2009 for clarinet, cello and bassoon, this music can be performed by a variety of instruments (clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon, or clarinet and 2 bassoons for example). The score is notated at concert pitch.
Other examples of instrument possibilities- part A could be viola, part B could be bass clarinet, bassoon or bass trombone, part C could be bass trombone. Experienced Tuba and even Horn players could handle this piece as well, and with little or no adjustment many other instruments could easily perform this music.
