Navigation etc.

Instead of providing a largely Spring-style work, in this work I decided to diminish the importance of the actual Spring element. Thus, in 11 mins, there's only 2-3 mins that's really "Spring" (corresponding to second stanza of the poem). The work itself shows how Spring is started, flourished, and how Spring is died.

I deliberately chose 2 existing themes for this work: opening ofJoachim Raff's Symphony No.8 ("Spring Sounds"), which corresponds to what before the Spring, and Carl Reinecke's Violin Concerto in G major, which do the opposite.

This is actually a Passacaglia, but using such form, time signature and lengthy bassline. This creates a unique mood that I enjoy providing everyone with.
