From Philip Hale's notes to the January 28 1911 Boston premiere, was first? performed in Berlin October 24 1910.

There is an article on Zu einem Drama by Carl Fuchs in NZM, 79 Jahrg., pp.283-86, 16 May 1912 issue. (Seems to claim that the premiere was in Dortmund in October 1910 though.)
