Was also performed December 20/21 1907 by Richard Czerwonky (1886–1949) and the Boston Symphony (Dec.20 1907, in a concert together with a Humperdinck overture and Bossi's Intermezzi Goldoniani, both also given their Boston premiere). First performed in England (in reduced form) January 18 1906 by Edie Reynolds (violin).
