Hi Jozef, thanks for contributing to the IMSLP! When creating composer pages, please capitalize both first and last names- therefore, rather than 'Combelle, francois', it should be 'Combelle, François'. Also, please try to put as much publisher information as possible on the work page. You can see the score submission guide for more information. Another thing, please do not submit single-page files for multiple-page items. For example, the piano score for the above piece is 2 pages, while the saxophone part is a single page. It's OK to have a single-page sax part as that's the way it is in the original item. You really need to combine the 2 pages of the piano score into a single PDF, however.
