Copy at Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek, Handschriften- und Musikabteilung, Darmstadt (see RISM 450002889, RISM 450002886) seems not to have tempo indication on the first movement, but copy (Abschrift) RISM 452513703 in Staatsbibliothek Berlin (Stabikat/SBB) does.

Allmusic claims this may have been composed in the period 1725–1730 though not published until about 1740. (Also: sind die wohl vor 1728 in Hamburg gedruckten Essercizii musici. Excerpt from a page archived from telemann.org ? Translation helpful?)
