First violin version in HMB (1880 p.77) is Ed. Bayer, Hamburg: Pohle. A ca.1920 version could be the Karl Rissland arrangement published by Ditson in 1915. (Whether that's Karl Rissland, 1872-1960, or his nephew Karl Ernest Rissland, 1894-1971, I don't know. The elder Rissland played strings and the younger wind instruments but that's not decisive.)
