First publisher possibly Kistner in 1832 or so. Hofmeister lists no earlier date than 1832, for example (under the title Anweisung... rather than Toccata) but their search site goes back no earlier than the very late 1820s (reprints of Kalkbrenner's op.3 in 1829 and new? editions of op.96 are listed there, e.g.) (Schissel)
