Listed in the Norsk bokfortegnelse 1883-1890, p.409, hence published before 1891. There is also a HMB 1894 entry (Hofmeister's Monatsbericht (1894), p.125). The Hals plate number (366) suggests 1888 ca., which does good with the first performance date.
