Assuming the orchestra is full orchestra due to horn cues in piano part.
I think this indicates that perhaps the Library of Congress has a full score (at 60 pages it's longer than what we have here, at least). Their description of it does not really answer that question though. (Would that they scanned works longer than 19 pages into PDFs...) (Schissel)
I photographed the full score in January 2011, transcribed it, and organized a performance in July 2011 which is posted on YouTube. The scoring is 2121 3000 timp harp strings. The performance time is about 25 minutes.
