||The Compleat Tutor for the Violin
||The Entire New and Compleat Tutor for the Violin, containing the easiest and best Methods for Learners to obtain a Proficiency with some useful Directions, Lessons, Graces &c. by Geminiani. To which is added a favourite Collection of Airs, Marches, Minuets, Song Tunes &c.
The mention of Geminiani on the title-page is little more than a lure for the buyer of this small method; there seems to be no music by Geminiani, and only a few passages in the text can be traced back to Geminiani's Treatise on the Violin (e.g. ornamentation, and description of the "close shake" - i.e. vibrato)
