- Well... (not that I'm Feldmahler but...) if you have a paper copy of the score, you could decide for certain whether the file is wrong, and if so, what needs to be added (as I noted above, I suspect that it starts about measure 554, and I think it's probably just a continuation of the previous bars... not the greatest bass part in the world). Then you could correct the lilypond source file (at mutopia) and resubmit it, or I might be able to do it (pending time). Or, if you found a scanned copy of the score, you could submit that... or you could just leave it and have this note remain until another copy is found. That was the only copy I found of the work; I don't have a printed part. Until we find a correct score I think we can just keep it up and have the disclaimer warning of the wrong measures.--Scbaseball214 09:40, 29 May 2006 (CDT)
The violin solo at the beginning of the third movement has incorrect notes (mutopia). In the individual part, measures 22, 30, and 34 on page 1, and in the score, page 115. The 4-note chord A-F#-C#-A should actually be A-E-C#-A, as it is in the pizz version of the same chord in measures 32 and 36. --Emp 22:24, 3 March 2007 (EST)
- The Will Oram edition/typeset, fraught with errors as it is, has been removed. We have no need of it as a placeholder, since the parts and score of the standard editions have been available here for some time now. Carolus 02:20, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
- LilyPond has a "update syntax" feature to make a version 2.whatever you have (2.16 now, depending?- I'm still using 2.15.34 myself but will upgrade soon I guess...) - what's this about version too old?... Confused. Eric 21:44, 7 September 2012 (EDT)
