This script isn't totally lossless. It kills the dpi which then defaults to 72. This makes for some big pictures (in physical dimensions). I don't believe pbm stores this information. It seems the best way is to manually figure out the dpi and then add "-density 300x300" or something like that to the convert command. I've been looking around for another free way to automatically do this without any luck so far. It's gotta be stored in the pdf somewhere.
