Just a note to point out that page 13 of this score is bad. I don't know what happened, but it looks all garbled, and part of the page is missing. Perhaps it was moved while the scan was being done.
It would be appreciated if this could be corrected. (Not sure if that can be done without scanning the entire score again.)
