Talk:Fantaisie brillante sur 'Guillaume Tell' (Bériot, Charles-Auguste de)

This work actually creates some interesting problems: it appears to have been jointly composed by Beriot and George Alexander Osborne. (It seems that the two virtuosi wrote it to play together, presumably each contributing to his own part.) I leave it to those with better judgement than I to decide how to proceed - should it be cross-posted under both composers?

Adding to the confusion is the fact that the fantasia bears the opus number 16. I suspect that this number belongs to Osborne's catalogue, not Beriot's (since Beriot's op. 16 is a violin concerto) - so the listing should presumably reflect this. . .
