Source: Parts of August Cranz Verlag Leipzig, presumably before 1900, well legible. These parts were used for decades, at least to 1935 and changed and deformed in a multiple way by entries with pencil: necessary corrections of the original and cancellations - but inconsistent from one part to the others.
The sample of parts showed numerous striking mistakes e.g. incomplete bars or wrong notes and signs, even occasional in the structure of the movements.
The frequent change between clarinets in A and C in the original was given up for the benefit of clarinets in Bb. The insignificant change of the tone quality was accepted.
