The Henselt Library is a collection of pieces scanned by others; in this case, as with other works of Sydney Smith, the original scan is taken from the website of the Sydney Smith Archive (http://www.sydneysmitharchive.org.uk/). We would be perfectly happy for all our scans to be made available on the IMSLP (some are worse than others!), but would prefer to have our work attributed! Good luck with the project!
