In the recording of this symphony recorded in 1984 conducted by Heinz Wallberg, the edition used had the movements above. The incipits for the Abschrift (copy) listed at the RISM link above agree, except that they do not mention an Adagio introduction (but they don't always when there is one, anyway.)
