Extra Information Saint-Saëns reworked this into the Suite for Cello and Orchestra, but in that suite, the third movement is replaced by a Gavotte and the Finale by a Tarantelle.
The Romance (No.4) of both works is the same as the Romance, Op.67 for horn and piano. See Teller-Ratner: composed in 1862 (or maybe 1866), published 1866.
