There is a publication (reissue?) with "Kraków : Polskie Wydawnictwo Muzyczne, dr. 1966." (see WorldCat) but this does not seem to be a reissue of the U.E. parts. (Note: clearly, since it's a score, not parts, possibly the same score uploaded above.)
Recorded on a cpo CD (issued December 2016) together with some of his piano works; at least one or two recordings already exist.
