Misc. Comments
not sure when published; "looks" Classical to me, but a chronology of his quartets and these publishers would help... le Mercure de France volume 57 (ca.1813?) does mention 12 new quartets by Aimon including one in C with a fugal finale, one in F minor, one in E and one in D but those might be in a single opus number or spread out among several... will have to look at these quartets and any others @Sibley etc. to see if that description matches any and helps date- Schissel (never mind? Sibley has a "Collection de douze nouveaux quatuors"- the very thing.)
