There are two references to the first publication in Wordcat which may or may not describe the same issue. OCLC 317654641 is described as 4 parts "Reproduced cooperatively by Work Projects Administration and The New York Public Library, [19--?]." OCLC 16455121 is described as both the score and four parts revised by Sydney Beck (1906–2001) and published by the New York Public Library in 1940. No copyright renewal could be found for this publication.
