Le compositeur serait un certain Fr. Georges dont on sait rien, sinon qu'il était peut-être Belge. (Cette pièce serait parue dans Servir, revue trimestrielle de l'Association interdiocésaine francophone et germanophone des employés d'église de Belgique.)

Could it be attributed to http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Georges,_Alexandre ? Style and period match, except that Georges wasn't a priest (as far as I know). Maybe the "Fr." was a little joke for the occasion? - Rob Peters
