Misc. Notes The covers (from a much used copy in the uploader's library) have been repaired and stamped by the lending department of a music store and publisher (Grand Abonnement à la Lecture Musicale - FORTIN - 93 rue de Richelieu PARIS). A second stamp bears the logo of B. Roudanez (9 rue de Médicis), another Paris music store and publisher of the 1920s. The dedication is printed separately on the second inner page which explains why its mention was left out by the previous scanners.
