Plate number seems odd and not to correlate with 1913, and opus 29 by Pommer is from 1890s (but another publisher) but this work seems to have been performed (perhaps premiered) also in 1913. It is possible the 1913 is a copyright renewal date, or a date of revision, instead of a new copyright, however.
