Other publishers
Reduction for 2 pianos

  • New York: Schirmer, 1920, ed. Edwin Hughes (1884-1965), LMC 1405, plate 29434, 83 pages
reissued 1943 as ed. Isidore Philipp (1863-1958)
  • Moscow: Muzyka, 1966, plate 5898, 64 pages

Full or study score

  • Moscow: Muzyka, 1966, plate ????, 142 pages

Oddly, though the full orchestral score -is- listed in Bibliographie de la France 1869 (p.46, announced as published, not by Durand, but by Hartmann), it wasn't released until 1875. (Actually, Worldcat seems to confirm that a 2-piano reduction was published by Hartmann of Paris in ca.1868 - WorldCat - approximately as claimed by BdlF.)
