From plate number, guessing around 1929. (Maybe not - 1929 HMB has his opp.9 (sonata for violin, piano and military drum), 11 (sonata for cello and piano), 13 (ironic dances for piano) (op.9 early in 1929, op.11,13 in Oct. 1929) guessing op.15 is in 1930. *checking...* )

Interesting. Category list (at bottom) for this and Lampe Cello sonata (e.g.) do not include work or file "pd-us-only" anymore (though those are clearly true...)

Piano Concerto No.1 is Op.5, a 1923 (autograph or copy??) manuscript score and parts of which are at the Fleisher Collection.
