The original instrumentation is not entirely certain, but since there are brass cues, this looks like a piano reduction of a brass band march.

Wrong category- most likely belongs to Shaw, Oliver J. (d1861) (not Shaw, Oliver - d.1848) unless there is a reason to believe there is ambiguity here (deferring to MusicSack? VIAF? without knowing their grounds for adding Oliver J. as alternate name is not, when there is an obituary for composer musician Oliver J. Shaw dating Aug.3 1861 that needs to be explained...)
