| Extra Information | The 1802 revival in Vienna was in Italian. The 1809 version (also in Vienna in Italian) was abridged, with approx. 500 bars omitted. In 1855, a German translation of the 1809 version was produced in Frankfurt, with new recitatives composed by Franz Paul Lachner. |
