probably not Heinrich Wilhelm Ernst the violinist, nor Henri Ernst the flautist- both died in the 1860s, whereas Boston firms started releasing transcriptions by "Henri Ernst" and "H. Ernst" in the 1880s. For now, if not a pseudonym, identity of "Henri Ernst" here a mystery.
