This may actually be Blumenthal's Op.61 but Jurgenson identifies it as Op.62.

Doesn't the subtitle imply a tag of folksongs? Published somewhat later (by only 2 years) I think by Grus as a fantasia on folksongs and yes as Op 61 good catch. 1862 in London by someone (unidentified publisher -Cramer?, copy @ British Library), 1863 pub. by Spina, ca 1864 by Grus.)
