Published posthumously in a 1954 orchestral arrangement so: accompaniment: clarinet, bassoon, horn, timpani, (harp ad lib.), strings. Orchestrator unknown? (Ah, the cover of the Sibley score explains, though that could still be a later reprint to account for the new (orchestral) edition, is the thing. Hrm. Going to see if I can find more information... besides that when it was performed by the Chicago Symphony in 1915, it was in an "orchestration by Alfred Quensel"...)
