Misc. Notes #492648: Cleaned (very laborious) and processed to be as large as possible in letter size (JDH). A particular challenge for the player is that the treble staff is written in soprano clef (i.e., it should be read with the C-clef on the bottom line of the treble staff). The player can also imagine the treble notes 2 steps lower than printed, preserving the intervals.
