Misc. Notes:
Original images: 300dpi, grayscale jpg files approx. 3050 by 4260 pixels.
Editing: converted to black and white tif files, de-skewed, re-sampled to 600dpi, and set uniform margins.
Only one page (p.49) has what appears to be a plate number (8507) which according to the Novello table would place publication of this edition in the mid-1890s after the deaths of both Macfarren and the arranger Rimbault which date seems too late.
