Actually, Op.127 on cover but Op.217 on first page- given date of publication and opus number of other work we have by Stewart, perhaps is Op.217. Still, of the 156 (!) works by James E. Stewart scanned in by LoC, there's "Something else, Op.174" published by Peters in 1874, so - hrm... could be either?... Need to check further...
