Navigation etc.

In addition to several works Hero und/and/et Leander, Robert Fuchs wrote an overture to Grillparzer's play (using the alternative title).-Schissel

Karl Panzner led the Philharmonic in Bremen between 1899 and 1909, premiered a symphony by Ewald Straesser (at a later date?), among other things.

Difficult to say whether the primary key/mode pair is E minor or major, but E minor (ending major) seems most likely.
