Navigation etc.

  • Willaert's surname is spelled "Vuigliart" in this collection.
  • Of the Willaert ricercars in this collection, IMSLP has most of them on individual pages, but the numbering doesn't line up with the order here; it was probably taken from one of Willaert's own later collections. For example, Ricercar no.6 (no.27 of the entire collection), is given the number "2" on its individual page.
  • The madrigals are texted, the others are not.
  • IMSLP does not yet have a composer page for Nadal. Possibly this is Gerónimo (or Hieronymus, Jérôme, Jerónimo) Nadal (1507-1580) but that is uncertain.
