The opera was at least mostly ready no later than 1914, of necessity, since it was reduced for vocal score for Fürstner by Rudolf Louis who died in that year (though conceivably the composer may have consulted with the publisher on some further revision- a Pfitzner biography or a monograph on this opera might clarify.)
