This has been published, in 2006 by Kirchheim (München) : Hans Pizka.

Hrm. Pizka did publish two versions- one with orchestra and one with piano - and seeing-as-how the piano part in the manuscript is a fairly exact piano reduction of the orchestral accompaniment, with no prelude, interlude or postlude of its own (or even eingänge to contribute), it might well be an alternative of sorts, yes - a reduced version included in the score. I was thinking the accompaniment was just for a small salon orchestra with piano, maybe not unusual for the early 20th century, but-- hrm. ... anyhow, interesting. - Schissel
