Plate suggests ca.1883. HMB lists 1880s publications of Comala in 1885 (klavierauszug, "Volks-ausgabe" edition), 1888 (chorus parts only) and in 1889 (new, corrected edition). Forget plate, which is often misleading; -description- is closest to the 1889 edition.
