Miscellaneous information
Question/Info/etc. - 1913 a guess, since Sealey may be the same as the fellow mentioned in
Proceedings from 1913 as an active organist and officer at Freemasons meetings, so composer in the 1870s (about 8 publications scanned @ LoC) and organist as late as 1913 at Masonic Lodge meetings in Jersey City, Hudson County (New Jersey, USA). Appeared in those Proceedings from at least 1898 on, so quite possibly a born or naturalized US resident/citizen?...
(Also, his "Inflation Waltz" of 1875 is dedicated somewhat as though he were a teacher in Jersey City, as well - guessing he was- to the Young Ladies of the Jersey City High School.)
